The team:

 Bee Phua, Singaporean, loves food over all, she loves cooking and presenting food, no, it is rather called  celebrating food. She has been around food since ever, owned a restaurant with catering in Bangkok and was involved in managing of restaurants in Singapore.

Juerg Duerig, Swiss, initially a mech engineer working for donkey years abroad in food processing factories for a big food company loves t​o eat and takes care of the environment of the creation zone.
